NATURALIST

Andrea is currently Director of Education for Programs After School, Inc. She has taught ceramics, illustration and painting to children for over 25 years. She is considered a state science standards specialist in the field of natural sciences and has been teaching her special science and art hybrid classes to children over the last 15 years through such organizations as: National Parks, Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority, Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy and the California Department of Fish and Game. Andrea has received awards from the California State Assembly and Legislature, California Dept. of Energy and an award from Colin Powell for her environmental education programs.
