Everyday in this class we will cover an exciting mealtime. We begin our cooking journey with breakfast, the foundation of a great day. We will also learn how brunch is related to both breakfast and lunch. A high tea and dinner are also featured in this class.

This class covers that in between meal that is so popular on Sundays. At any hotel in America you can find a top notch brunch being offered for their patrons. We will put out a spread that makes the hotels jealous
Wednesday
Lunch: Chicken and Tuna Salads, Wraps, Sugar Cookies
Learn the composed salads that are the mainstay of any good restaurant. Learn how to wrap things up and create delicious wraps. We will use a variety of items to be our wrappers from lettuce to tortillas
Thursday
High Tea: Cucumber & Dill Finger Sandwiches, Mixed Green Salad
with Berry Vinaigrette, Pink Lemonade Tea, Shortbread Cookies
The upscale in between meal that has been reserved for aristocrats for centuries. We will sip lemonade tea with our pinkies in the air. As we admire our decorative display
Friday
Dinner: Macaroni & Cheese, Tomato Soup, Herb Bread
Sticks & Mini Cheesecakes
No more out of the box macaroni and cheese or canned soup. This class will teach these classics with from scratch recipes. We will also make a delicious mini cheesecake in this class.
