We will taste the flavors of Paul Prudhomme and Emeril Lagasse two legendary Executive Chefs of the world renowned Commanders Palace in New Orleans. The recipes we will learn are Pauls Chicken Big Manou and Emerils chicken etouffee. |

Ramsays recipe will be a sticky lemon chicken with champ(Irish style mashed potato)and from Oliver we will make a pork loin in wine, garlic and fennel. |

| | | Back to America we go for a battle between Tex Mex superstars Bobby Flay versus the Two Hot Tamales. These Chefs are responsible for teaching America about the bold flavors of Tex Mex cuisine. Flays recipe will be New Mexico style tacos with salsa verde and the Two Hot Tamales recipe that we explore will be a zesty sautéed shrimp. |
