will particpate in all of the M/W/F workshops listed below.
WOODWORKING 101
In this workshop our K Campers will practice basic woodworking techniques to complete various projects. K Campers will exercise their dexterity and coordination as they learn the fundamentals and tools used to create 3D art in wood. Campers will learn the basic techniques of woodworking and original embellishment. Your child's fine motor skills will be emphasized through the preparation and manipulation of various other materials such as paint, fabric, tiles, and buttons. Projects planned are treasure boxes, birdhouse, serving tray, spice rack, pirateship, robot, trucks, starwar's plane, and guitar's.
This workshop does not take place on the woodworking bus.

ARTRAGEOUS
A Funtastic art workshop filled with wonderful art projects & crafts. This summer, K Campers will create sculptures, puppets and paintings using fun fabrics, paint and clay. Squish, splatter, rip, and glue - these are some of the cool things we will do! Be prepared for a hands on, get messy, have fun kind of class where your imagination will run wild!

COOKING: MADE IN THE U.S.A.
Ahh….the art of eating well is a craft that begins with wholesome ingredients. Your young person will learn how to use veggies, whole grains and vitamin rich foods in the every day recipes such as brownies, lasagna and our jumble juice factory. Veggie tales will certainly be the topic at your dinner table because the education in nutrition will be the “icing on the cake”.

CREATIVE MOVEMENT AND DANCE!
This magical workshop brings in elements of dance along with creative movement. K Campers will participate in creating original dance/movement pieces to be presented at the end of the session for family and friends. This summer K Campers will use thier imagination and help create an "Under the Sea" themed performance! This workshops is designed to enhance each child's creative process while encouraging independent thinking and group cooperation. Original music adds to the fun!
